This association offers a leaflet introducing Consumer Consultation Service (with a tollfree phone number) as an optional service. We are receiving over 1500 calls a year. Distribution of a leaflet to all new contractors will allow us to solve consumer’s issue quickly by providing advice on a sensitive matter that is hard to call a salesperson or the company’s customer service.
We provide consultation
in 10:00-12:00 and 13:00-21:00 on weekdays and in 10:00-12:00 and 13:00-16:00 on Saturdays.
Consumer Consultation Office of this association will offer creditable advice for issues that has been failed to solve by the company’s consumer service.
By handing out a leaflet on the consumer consultation to a new customer, this association can offer advice on the credibility of the company of interest before the purchase.
Issues that have been dealt with at the consumer consultation office of the association are now available for inspection on the cloud computing system. It is possible for the member company to view it at any time and any place on the communication terminal equipment. It is possible to download the data in CSV file and process it.
Member companies can own their original database to manage consultation data by changing specifications to meet those of cloud computing of the association.
